Patient Referrals
If you are a family member wanting to refer your child for services, please download the referral form and either e-mail it to us at info@todaystherapysolutions.com or fax (866) 435-3297. You can also call us and we can walk you through the process over the phone, (405) 286-3749.
Items that you will most likely need before starting services include: prescription for services, Individual Educational Plan (if applicable), copy of insurance card. Our staff will walk you through all the items needed prior to the start of services.
